Cesar Camargo-Sanchez established Bargain Rent-A-Car in 1995. What began in Lawrence with a fleet of only ten vehicles has grown to include three other locations in Massachusetts, including Lowell, Haverhill, and Salem. Bargain Rent-A-Car now has four locations in New Hampshire: Nashua, Plaistow, Salem, and Seabrook. Bargain Rent-A-Car offices are locally owned and operated and conveniently located in northern Massachusetts and throughout the greater Salem, New Hampshire area.
